How to sign up and create your company account
Register a new WashWerk company and reach your store setup wizard in one pass. This guide is for the owner creating the organization for the first time.
Before you start
- Where: Public web — start at the WashWerk marketing site, not inside the app.
- Permission: No special permission needed. Signing up makes you the company owner.
- You must have: Your full name, a work email, your company name, and a payment method (signing up starts your subscription, so you'll enter card details to finish).
Steps
- On the marketing site, select Get started (or open the sign-up page directly) to reach the Create Account form.
- Enter your Full Name, Email Address, and a Password of at least 8 characters, then re-enter it in Confirm Password.
- In Company Name, type your business name. WashWerk previews the web address it will create for your company underneath the field.
- Under Billing Plan, choose Monthly or Annual (annual shows a discount chip).
- Select Create Account & Subscribe. WashWerk creates your account, company, and first store together, then opens the subscription checkout.
- In the checkout window, enter your payment details and confirm. The dialog closes and WashWerk takes you to your store setup wizard.
Expected result
You land on the Set Up Your Car Wash wizard for your new company and first store. Your account is the company owner, and your subscription is active.
Troubleshooting
- If you see "Registration failed" or a field error: A field is missing or the email is already in use. Correct the highlighted fields — passwords must match and be at least 8 characters — and submit again.
- If checkout does not open after you submit: The subscription session could not start. Refresh the page and submit the form again; your account is only created once checkout succeeds, so retrying is safe.
- If you already have an account: Select Sign in instead at the bottom of the form rather than registering a duplicate.
