How to run a wash quality report

The wash quality report aggregates inspection scores and flags across a date range, giving you a clear picture of wash consistency at your store or across all locations.

Before you start

• You must have the View Wash Quality Reports permission for your store or company.
• Quality inspections must have been logged for the date range you want to report on.

Steps

1. From the sidebar, open Wash Quality and click the Reports tab.
2. Set the Date Range using the start and end date pickers. For a corporate view, choose All Stores from the location dropdown; otherwise your current store is selected automatically.
3. Click Run Report. The page populates with the average quality score, total inspections, and a breakdown of flagged washes by category.
4. Click any bar in the chart to drill into the individual inspections for that day.
5. Click Export CSV if you need to share the data outside WashWerk.
